The students are motivated and eager to learn Colleagues are knowledgeable willing to collaborate Beautiful campus Foreign language instruction at the Lower School level

Curriculum needs to be updated Management is very reactive, not proactive Dwindling student population Very little transparency with regard to decisions that effect faculty members
