Pros
The company is growing, so there are a lot of new people, but it's the kind of place where people stay for decades, and senior management is genuinely focused on keeping it that way by hiring and retaining quality staff. To that end, the company is engaged in a variety of important and interesting work, and when the company is successful, senior management ensures that success is felt by all and rewarded. Likewise, as other reviewers have mentioned, work/life balance is both discussed and respected. As a team, I've found that we all work hard and support each other's efforts. Many of us work remotely, but steps are taken to ensure we remain connected and don't feel isolated.
Cons
Because it's a small company, growth opportunities can be limited for some, depending on your role. If you're content at your current career level and/or are willing to grow as the company grows, this won't be a concern for you. However, if you're someone who's looking to rapidly climb the ladder, you might find that challenging here.
