Pros

OK benefits, overtime, rewarding work with individuals with disabilities.

Cons

Well, it looks like CapeAbilities has finally self destructed now, so it seems like the ideal time to leave a well deserved review. I worked for CapeAbilities for over a decade, so I have seen it all. I endured through good times and bad times; I was loyal, trusted, and highly valued at one time. When new management arrived, however, those years of service meant absolutely nothing. I could go into great detail, but will refrain. What you, as an applicant, should know is that you will be treated like garbage relentlessly until you can't take any more. You can stay in the good graces of management if you just shut up and do as your told, but if you try to advocate for yourself or the individuals you serve, you will be targeted and treated like a trouble maker. For DSPs, the pay is absolutely terrible. Look elsewhere if possible. I'm sure Chic-fil-A is hiring.
