Focused on one of the hottest industries at this time — where retail, AI, and automation converge — there are many advantages when you work in Caper. To name a few, building products that are forging the future of grocery shopping in a well-funded, fast-growing tech startup; influencing the development of our technology, from coding to manufacturing; and solving complex questions in an environment shaped by the most interesting aspects of hardware, software, data analytics, and SaaS support — an opportunity to gain valuable skills for life. However, I believe the Caper's greatest strength is that it's a space to grow professionally and personally. If you work for it, you can get it. You have a voice. Your mental and physical health matter and personal development is as important as your technical dexterity. Where you are lacking, you can learn. What you master, there is plenty of room to put it into practice.

As a well-funded, fast-growing tech startup, Caper is expanding rapidly to reach the goals necessary to keep growing and achieve the next significant milestone. It brings excitement to some but may put a lot of pressure on others.
