Pros
Good network, internal basic training, good base salary. I get the feeling it's a rather young company and they organize quite some teambuilding events. Basic pay package has all extra benefits, 30 euro phone bill, 100euro net compensation, company car with gas card
Cons
Specific trainings are only discussed after you work here for 1 year. Once you have a project it's also hard to change it even if you don't like it. Currently the company is also going through a strategy change, which isn't really clear to employees what is happening.
