Lack of HR follow up with new employees, delay on salaries payments, benefits are not available since the beginner, you have to fight for your benefits be available. Company doesn't provide good tools for your work, such as computers, mobile, etc. You have to use your own if you want to perform at you job duties. Overall it is not a good company to work for, I am already looking at the market for another job.
