      No hard timings or attendance, Completion of work efficiently is the only priority. Free work culture. Good ambiance. Good management.

      Cons

      Slogging is required if project demands it. In gurgaon, Buildings are distributed in a span of around 1.5km and thus wastage of time in traveling.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
