Pros

Only good thing about the company is salary on time...

Cons

1)This is third grade company. 2) They will hire you with lots of false promises like Onsite, Cutting age technologies but when you will join the company they tell you they don't have project with that skill you are hired for. They will force you to work what ever project available. If you don't reject the project high chances they will fire you. 3) Specially If you Join Microsoft account ( Bangalore) any thing can happen to you. 4) Director and Architect are worst. They will literally torture will. 5) Friday evening they will handover a bunch of tasks and ask you to complete before Monday morning. 6) Architect will come office at 4:00 pm evening and expect will you stay whole night in office. 7) Work life balance doesn't exist here. No long term projects. 2-3 months short term projects and during this they will make your life hell. 8)Regional politics. If you have good relation with Architect you can get feedback you doing anything. 9) Manager when allocate WBS code you they show you like they are feeding you. 10) more over If you coming from Big product , Captives companies... after joining will understand what mistake you have done. 11) Don't confuse with Good reviews they are HR created review.

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
