Flexible timing (No strict time bound entry, though one may have to slog for late hours)

Unequal work distribution, Non-transparent ratings, Not much recognition, Demanding people growing faster than real performers, micro-management, Unethical practices, Not an employee friendly company, unfair policies esp for leavers, Not so great work place, mediocre experience with micro-managed non-technical managers, No matured process / system, Aggressive people poisoning the work environment by their unpleasant behaviour.
