- very experienced people - great and friendly team - proficient and respectful direct managers - a lot of exciting project for a variety of OEMs - overtime account
Cons
- top management cares more about their stake holders than their employees - there is no money for proper inventory - due to lack of money IT and communications are a mess - team building events get canceled to save money and puch stock price
