Pros
Great environment, committed to deliver quality solutions. Great focus on employee satisfaction, very employee friendly. Good training plan for all levels, opportunities to grow in different areas based on individuals interest.
Cons
Too much of people management, main business is from telecom. Groupism, no work/life balance for the senior employees. No transport, it is major headache for the people staying in west Bangalore.
