Year on year profit, Release of the 90% variable component of the salary almost every time, Good customer reputation, Salary on par with others in the services, Cultural activities.
Cons
Gurgaon branch gets the lion share of the good projects, only left over comes to Bangalore or Chennai. Managers sit on your head to make u finish your work, they wont hesitate to call u to office at 2am in the night or on Sunday 4pm!!
