Pros
It's best only for fresher's who can stay maximum 2-3 yrs. Otherwise he will not grow by staying here.
Cons
Not good for senior level professional. This company will ruin their experience. Hire and fire policy. I company expect some project is coming they will hire as it doesn't have bench policy. after hiring if project doesn't come then fire them after completion of 6 month probation period.
