Pros
Good first experience for the recent students. Good firm for the immigrants. The trainings they gve to the consultant have only one good feature - they show you what you need to study YOURSELF.
Cons
Low salary. Nobody cares about you/asks questons as long as you bring the signed monthly invoices. Useless tranings of low quality. Only sales people have carreers. Consultants move along a virtual path with only position names changing - no growing tasks or responsibilities.
