Pros
I can’t think of any pros of working at this place! Top management does not know what it wants and the medium management thinks too highly of themselves for what they actually bring to the table

- horrible culture almost treated like a slave - top management does not know how to treat employees - really average/below average skillset and knowledge base of the mid-management yet they behave like they own you for life - no bifurcation in terms of responsibility to be assigned against what you were hired for - no visibility, growth or exposure - hierarchal - bad stinky old office in India with no basic amenities - again - worst culture ever! - no mechanism to report such slave like treatment given by managers - no privacy for personal life - calls/work while on vacation. No respect for the employees personal time and life
