- Start your career in networking - Gain some experience before moving into top networking companies - Better learning (only when compared to large organizations like TCS,CTS,HCL etc)
Cons
(All this happens only at Aricent Chennai) - Worst work culture - Employees are treated like slaves - HR has no power - People are treated like machines. Forced to work on weekends. - Freshers are being exploited.
