      Flexibility, tax cut perks, Prívate Health Insurance, Gympass

      Cons

      Basically just a subcontractor at Airbus plants, not a real consultant. No possibility of personal development. No salary increase. It’s good just as first job and for no more than 2 years.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
