5yThank you for the comments. We take this feedback seriously. Diversity is a key priority for us, and we are working hard to further increase it. We have women in key senior leadership roles and we are extremely focused on creating a culture where people of any gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin or ability differences are welcomed and celebrated for their unique contributions. DE&I metrics are part of every senior leader’s performance evaluation and compensation process. Our DE&I lead recently launched a new speaker series, Race@Work, to expose our teams to different voices and diverse perspectives. We also recently launched a 100% matching grant initiative in honor of Juneteenth Day, and were able to raise over $40,000 for racial justice organizations. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to prioritize these important business objectives.
