No Policy its run like a shop.Shopkeeper dosent like his servants work and fires him without any reason ,its like that.No power HR has.Tellabs project is worst and manager their is pathetic person.Company has been sold twice so not really in a good position.No ethics they will take you for short duration and then fire you once they get someone better.
