      Have good & friendly environment to work. Reasonable pay. Better than other service based companies & less than product based companies. Flexible working time. No dress code in the organization.

      Cons

      Lack of recognition. HR team is only to take care about joining & relieving formalities. Difficult to get time for personal life.
