-Very much free time. -A lot of learning opportunity but depends on Project you are in(but mostly maintainance) -Flexible Timings(it can extend you work hour too) -Nice People(but they can be anywhere)
Cons
-Low salary -Low bonus -No function,parties,less team outing. -Biased management -Bad polocies
