Nice work environment (Depends on managers mostly) Fun as well as learning Starting at Nalanda is the best pros I could see here. Flexible timings. Onsite opportunities if you keep asking for it.

Low salary, lesser hikes, Favoritism at its best, You can be thrown to any project any time, Not standard HR policy
