      Aricent : Very good company in all aspects. Aricent Bangalore : Feel good/home company for the employees round the country Aricent chennai : Feel good/home company for the employees belongs to nativity only.

      Cons

      Team interaction will be there If and only If you are a tamilian Ratio between Tamil employees vs others 9:1 Even though you don't feel the native domination directly , But you will feel the difference
