Pros

Hard to say... People there are nice and try to help. Work/Life balance is good.

Cons

Low (maybe average) salary compared to other companies. Several issues with the payments, oftenly wrong values and delays. A lot of problems with refunds (visa, travels, etc...) I've left the company 2 month ago and still didn't get my refunds. The charge an absurd penalty if you leave before 2 years, I just found out that this penalty is 2 to 2.5 times more than other companies do for foreign employees.

Offers the most benefits among leading IT consultants in the same league. Great opportunities for knowledge growth.

Cons

Increments are generally between 4% and 10%. Promotions, on the other hand, do not usually come with a significant increase.
