You will get a good learning opportunity if you are lucky and get a good project. Flexible timing work. You will get a cool environment, good people in team and you can work without any pressure if you get that kind of project.
Cons
Nowadays are going towards cost cutting. They are removing many employee friendly policies. With some clients they are reducing resources and expecting same or more work to be done with less number of employees. Some time in some projects they are forcing people to work even on weekends including Saturday and Sunday without pay.
