1)Skill enhancement tools like coursera etc 2)Employee share purchase program which is good to compensate some salary loss due to poor variable payments
Cons
Poor compensation benefits, HR Policy are no longer employee friendly compared to Aricent. Capgemini has low understanding of Product engineering and hence IT infrastructure issues - like getting a linux machine for a embedded engineer is a long process. Poor career options for managers Except 5G IP teams, most of company become more of staffing company from 2015/16.
