Access to resources to upskill oneself is the only pro I see here.
Cons
Too many to list. Bad wlb, no weekend pay even though they expect you to work literally every weekend, Despite all this, you would expect that maybe a decent year end hike will solve all this but nope, you get a hike that honestly feels paltry.
