      Payment is Good Compensation pack is also Good The "fun" will depend on the project.

      Cons

      Management is one of the works I have had. Lack of communication on every aspect. In Mexico they don't pay "utilidades" (This one is important) They make you feel like employees doesn't matter, only the client matters.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
