Pros
You get free access to udemy and coursera. work life balance based on project you deployed. As a fresher ! spent 8 hrs per day(sometimes weekends too) for the initial 10 months later on it went to 4 hrs a day job.
Cons
If you are deployed in some toxic project, you are done. Salary hikes are not very great max 10% 2-3 years once if you are using bench code while working in some shadow project they constantly put you in unnecessary trainings and assessments and try to find reasons to fire you. And as a fresher no client would like to hire you so for the first 1.5 year it will be hectic. And in Capgemini if you fail/reject 3 client interview its done for you either you will pushed into some stupid project or you will get fired.
