Pros
I worked for almost three years. Flexible timing. Easy and cool work culture. If lucky you will get good team and some very good people to work with. Lots of learning in initail years that totally depends on the project you get
Cons
Salary not upto the mark. Employee aspiration is ignored. Can provide good package to the people they are hiring from outside but cant give good compensation to the their own employee
