Pros

Good drive in internal initiatives around wellbeing etc Good graduate scheme with a large grad community Very flexible WFH policy Decent pay

Cons

Very large bench - big pieces of client work are not being won which causes a lack of roles. Senior Leadership team pressure you to get on a project which is virtually impossible if there is limited work. The work that is being won is BORING! No interesting pieces of work - nowhere near as 'innovative' as they market. Internal initiatives are good but due to such a large push on internal contribution, it promotes a culture of people starting initiatives just to be able to say they've done something rather than actual meaningful work. Not good development in core consulting principles - development is not that great in comparison to other firms.

Pros

Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Cons

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
