Pros
Lots to learn if you are inclined that way i.e. you can download the research papers and learn. Most people are helpful. Culture is supportive and friendly. Excellent work like balance in the consulting sphere at least. The crown tends to be from better universities. Opportunity to work on good internal projects or roles.
Cons
Every regional team acts like a silo preventing the most necessary thing in a consulting firm, transfer of knowledge. Career opportunities exist if you are looking for internal roles or projects. They might pay you at market rate early on but increments (or lack of it) will ensure you are underpaid in a year.
