Pros
Have some learning curve. Will get to work on good technologies as well. Flexible but at times can become hectic which i guess is okay to handle. Learn to survive in pressured work culture.
Cons
Hmm.. Mainly depends on the business unit and projects you are in. Luckily i was into very good project where i dint had to face much difficulties. The only concern was the compensation part which i think isn't that great. Career Growth is at snails pace as well.
