Not many. Was employed for 4 years.
Cons
No life/work balance to speak of. You work you get paid. You don't work you don't get paid. Use PTO if you don't work. If a client is closed and it's not a holiday you need to use a PTO or not get paid. I worked for them faithfully for 4 years. No more work. They let me go after 4 years and only gave me 4 weeks severance. If you need a stop gap job is the only reason I'd pick them again. Benefits very costly.
