Pros
- Good atmosphere -Many opportunities for internal work in parallel of client projects - Many internal trainings - Events intra market units / inter market units ,yearly event, afterworks - I learnt a lot and developed a market expertise -Salary ok
Cons
- You dont get a say to choose your projects, be prepared to fight, often repeat the projects you would like to work on, and talk to the right people (manager or principal level) to land directly on their projects - Talent leaders not available / involved in their talent development especially when talents are junior, even when they show proactivity and willingness to learn and grow
