Pros
All consultants are generally quite nice and helpful, and there is a dealt opportunity to have fun with other employees. Capgemini have always been understanding and are quite flexible in meeting staff demands (such as a secondement from the French Office, 4 month sabbatical, etc)
Cons
Projects are sometimes boring and not sexy. Projects are located all over the UK so expect mondays to thursdays business trips and a lot of time away from home.
