Pros
Good work life balance- but it depends on project if you are working at client side, Engagement manager approachable Initial hike is good as compare to market.
Cons
1) no onsite specially if you are working for vendors like HSBC, barclays atc. 2) Bad luck if you get selected for barclays vendor. 3) very less facilities in city offices( kalyani nagar) like food, drinking water etc. Their water purifier system always down after 2-3 days. At last except talwade office you will not find MNC culture anywhere in pune city.
