I spent multiple years working for this company: - Promotion is decided by people who you barely interact with, so it reduces down to how favorable they see you in their eyes. - Colleagues are arrogant, always talking denigrating about Capgemini employees (despite earning less money and having worse work-life balance) and seeing an 80h workweek as something to brag - Leadership are only white men, no diversity in the top - No control or fairness in how you get your projects, it only depends on how much the project manager likes you
