Company provides sufficient opportunities for upskilling, but hesitant to get external certifications.
Cons
Zero appraisals for multiple years even for high performers. No clear direction or transparency by higher management. They don't give a f*** about employee satisfaction or concerns. Company directives are forced upon employees without any consideration or concerns. If you want to justify or discuss logic, management has just 1 answer, "this is what it is". Moreover, the company has double standards; it rides high in boasting it's sustainability practice but forces employee to travel 2 hours one way burning fuel and energy, without a team in any particular location just to reach and attend calls on Teams!!
