Pros
The company is growing, and there is a good future for the company A lot of flexibility and a great learning opportunity Some good perks
Cons
They claim to be this mindful and spiritual workplace, but its all performative. They will crumble your confidence, make you question your worth, underpay you, and play dirty games on you if you are not cunning or expert in politics. Every workplace has some degree of politics, but here it's just beyond something else. Managers are not qualified to lead and are manipulative and immature, the brunt of which has to be borne by their reportees. There is a lot of favoritism and cronyism. Aneesh, the CEO, and his "yes men" will get their relatives, family members, or "vipasanna" buddies who might not have the right experience into teams and expect the team to adjust and make up for what these new folks don't know. It's a lot of pressure. These folks also get away because they are personal recruits and not merit-based recruits. It's one circus there. If you have to survive here, you need to be a toxic person yourself. Nobody with a naive attitude can survive there.
