11 paid holidays, 5 paid personal days, decent amount accrued vacation time. Nice medical coverage. Great coworkers.

The new "operations manager" is not a company favorite. Not sure how he landed the job of manager...he's clueless, and sits in his office playing on the internet, making plans for his weekend at home, and generating useless reports that nobody cares about. Not a single person in the PA office cares for him. The "HR" department is a joke. Don't look to them for any help because you won't get any. The company wants to consolidate the Ramsey, NJ office with the Pittsburgh, PA office in a new location in New Jersey around May. Yet, they have no new building. They hired new managers but have no workers to do the actual work. And no one seems to show any interest in trying to learn what actually happens at the Pittsburgh location. No one has any backup for their position. When someone is out, goes on vacation, or quits - other workers have to pick up the slack with no training. At this point in the plant, the blind is leading the blind. No communication between departments. This makes it extremely difficult being productive. Awful pay for workers who have been there for years. Most everyone is extremely underpaid, and overworked.
