New comers will feel that they are just supporting seniors who have established clients New comers will be make to feel that hard work pays off but in reality only the company benefits Blatant favourism Management having a mass hiring mind set Even after 6 months, you might be earning only less than $150 in incentives OR not at all

-Commission: If you are looking for fast money, I would not recommend Capita, especially if you are in the Contract team, as it would take more than 1-2 years to receive your commission. -Management: Micromanagement, and they won't listen to ground staff's opinions. - Training: All are self-learning. The team has a different SOP to follow. -Software: It does not make it beneficial for consultants to keep track of candidate data and information.
