      Good management (in store), lots of product, Saturday free lunches,

      Pay changes, "pay matches position" mentality, if you make more than managers based off commission for doing a good job in a few high sales months they will cut your pay significantly. No were to really move up as a partsman

      They give free lunch on Saturday

      Cons

      Just about everything. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Most managers have favorites and its beyond obvious. Forget about work life balance. I would never recommend working here.
