Capital Document Solutions Response
7yThank you for giving us your views and feedback.
We are keen to keep strengthening our business in a tough and highly competitive marketplace, and recognise we can’t achieve this without the goodwill and efforts of all of our employees. It’s always our intention to create a friendly and professional working environment. This makes it all the more disappointing to hear negative views from your experience of working with us.
As a highly regarded company, we’re firmly focused on meeting our clients’ expectations. This in turn keeps us at the forefront of our industry and enables us to continue to be profitable in spite of market challenges, and provides security for our workforce. We acknowledge that we can be very determined in our efforts to deliver the best possible results, so we’ll take the time to include your comments in internal reviews to see if there is anything out of balance that needs our attention.
I was surprised by your comments on employee conditions - particularly in the area of sick pay, for which all employees are eligible. As part of our benefits package, we have an enhanced serious illness scheme in place. We also provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, and increased everyone’s holiday entitlements in recent years, very much with our employees’ wellbeing and work / life balance in mind. Our working week is mainly contained within the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, or, occasionally when clients’ particular requirements dictate, recompensed by giving time back or making extra payments.
If you feel that you have not being given access to any of the above, or due reward for your work with us, then as head of HR at Capital, I would welcome the opportunity to understand and respond to your situation further on the assumption that you are happy to contact me.
