I have been with Capital Gold Group Inc for almost a year. Very interesting niche industry. Upper management has an open door policy and the office is very team driven or has a more family oriented culture. Owner is very much about providing any tools or resources to get the job done. Lots of perks and bonuses.

None for me right now, but for someone not use to a face paced niche market this would not be a fit for them.
