Pros
People are supportive and generally very friendly. Great opportunities for internal advancement and career growth. Excellent benefits.
Cons
Too much swirl. A lot of cooks in the kitchen and hard to get stuff done. There's an old adage that people aren't as effective when remote, so company still forces a lot of in office time. Too many meetings. Not enough actual work gets done.
