Pros
Great benefits and the people there were very easy to work with. The people there are very easy to work with.
Cons
The interview process is very long. It takes months of phone interviews and several in person interviews to even land a place in the final pairing. That is a downside along with being a positive because it verifies a person really wants to join CG and make a career of it. Also,things moved pretty slowly there. There is a lot of parts to the decisojn making process but it seems to take too make for key decisions to be made. Sometimes key personal was lost during a long decison making process.
