Pros
The envrironment is very positive. Benefits are wonderful. Associates are treated fairly and given a lot of opportunity to share thought and opinions, although coached to do so in an appropriate manner. Coaching I've received here has helped me in my personal life as well.
Cons
No company is perfect. I spent over 10 years at my former employer and I can honestly say that Capital cares about associates and goes above and beyond to ensure work/life balance while keeping the business need in mind. I can't complain!
