      Pros

      CG cares about associates: the environment is perfect, all the associates need to work at the best is present in each CG office. CG encourage associates growth giving the change to follow courses and training and any type of resources to improve.

      Cons

      CG is a bit different in Europe. I think in USA the CG values and moods are more felt by associates.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation were great. Most people were really nice.

      Cons

      Can become a gossip mill if you allow it. Constant rumors of HR cases, people forced to resign, inappropriate comments, etc. Some of the team leads and leadership actively participating in that gossip- really disappointing to see.
