Pros
Work life balance is a respected value throughout company. An inclusive company and embraces diversity. I would recommend to people who are happy with stability.
Cons
This company is backwards. There are a lot of people who work here for an extended period of time and while it is an indicator that it may be a good place to work at, it also means you are left with employees who are now in senior positions purely based on tenure rather than capability. There is no concept of meritocracy. What thus ends up happening is folks in leadership positions who have no idea or vision on how things should actually operate. Inefficiencies are a common occurrence. Lastly, the divide between investment people and the rest of the company is also extremely wide; essentially it is a company filled with people who considers themselves the elites versus the rest who overwork themselves to meet their extraordinary demands.
